Move Better. Move Forward.

Providing the one on one attention you deserve.

Move PT & Wellness is committed to wellness, preventative care, patient education, and comprehensive recovery. Our providers offer true one-on-one treatment in a private setting, giving you focused attention for the entire duration of your session. Your evaluation begins at your initial visit and continues as an integral part of your treatment plan.

Patient education is central to our approach. We believe you should fully understand the source of your pain and the steps involved in your recovery. We take the time to explain the “why” behind your symptoms and teach you how to be proactive in caring for your body to prevent future injuries. Every appointment is scheduled with only one patient at a time to ensure comfort, privacy, and uninterrupted care.

Your therapist will develop a treatment plan tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and overall health. We emphasize your active role in the rehabilitation process and make sure you feel confident and supported every step of the way. Our team remains available to answer questions and provide guidance throughout your recovery—even outside of standard business hours.

Because we focus heavily on manual therapy, patients often experience faster improvements with fewer total visits. This means more efficient recovery, lower overall cost, and a quicker return to the activities you enjoy most.
